An innovative frontal arc — available in three sizes — attaches via a Velcro-backed vertical axis, so users can comfortably turn, tilt and look up, down or sideways while actively participating in their surroundings.
How does the dynamic frontal arc adapt to different ages or changing needs?+
Growth and flexibility are built into our engineering. The patented frontal arc comes in three anatomical sizes, so the device grows with a child from early pediatrics into adulthood. For real-time flexibility — clearing the face for feeding or therapy — the arc slides upward along its Velcro axis in one smooth, tool-free motion, ready to lower back into position whenever needed.
How does the 360 accommodate hearing aids, post-surgery stitches or pressure sores?+
This is where the 360 truly shines. Every cushion is fully detachable and can be re-attached at different angles using our modular Velcro system. For a client recovering from surgery, wearing a cochlear implant, or with a localized skin sore, you can rearrange the cushions to bypass sensitive areas entirely — ensuring customized comfort and zero pressure on vulnerable spots.
How do I clean and wash the HeadAloft and 360 systems?+

- United States: assigned an official billing code, fully eligible for reimbursement (dedicated 360 coding in progress).

Can I move the product between devices (wheelchair to car seat, stroller to stander)?+
Yes. HEADALOFT is extremely easy to use — easily attachable and detachable — which makes it simple to shift from one device equipped with a headrest to another in seconds, without tools.
Is it safe to use HEADALOFT™ on car seats?+
HEADALOFT was crash-tested at the acclaimed US Calspan lab. Federal Safety Standards tests showed it does not alter how the car seat, special-needs car seat or high-back booster performs in a crash. What age is NapUp suitable for?+
NapUp is suitable for children sitting in front-facing car seats and high-back boosters. It is easily adjustable — it grows with your child and can be used for many years. The forehead strap connects by Velcro and can be sized smaller or bigger to fit your child's head.
Do I need to re-attach NapUp each time my child falls asleep?+
No. When not in use, the forehead strap stays in the up position and doesn't disturb the child, who can enjoy the soft cushion against their cheeks. Only when the child falls asleep is the strap moved down, parallel to the forehead, to support the head as it inevitably starts bobbing.
